This factory is unique in producing four different concentrates of lead and zinc.Some equipments used in this plan are as below:

It is a huge and equipped plant (flotation) of mineral soil, including grinding and processing. The two-line grinding devices of flotation plant include jaw crusher, standard cone crusher and bullet mills. In this section, the raw material is crushed by a jaw crusher and is poured onto the screen by a conveyor belt, and the materials below 12 mm are guided to bunker and the mill and the materials more than 12 mm are guided into the Cone crusher. Then, they return to screen and mill. After the milling, the materials enter into the flotation system by pumps and cyclones, where various concentrates are produced using chemicals such as pine oil, sodium emylxantate and sodium sulfide, and other chemicals.
